Returns Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items, you have the option to return them within 30 daysof receipt. Please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:

  1. All components, parts, and original packaging must be included.
  2. Normal handling of the product must be evident; damage from careless handling will not be accepted.
  3. For hygiene-sensitive products, ensure they are thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
  4. Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged during this period.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps if your order meets the conditions above:

  1. Send an email to: info@compafashion.com.
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product if applicable
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address

We will respond with the return address. Do not send returns to the sender address; we will provide the correct return address. Please note, you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

A. Cancellation Conditions

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the last goods. Due to our automated order system, once an order is placed, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, making refunds impossible upon receipt of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Compa Fashion via a clear declaration (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is completed when we receive the returned goods. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Note on Shipments in Transit

Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which we cannot control. If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us. You can notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To expedite your return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to a delivery method you chose that is more expensive than our standard option). This refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Please Note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
